In light with the COVID-19 current situation, I have moved all of my Yoga classes to a live stream online format for the foreseeable future. My priority as your teacher is that you, your babies and the rest of your families stay healthy, whilst I continue to support you to have a calm and positive pregnancy and birth experience, and postnatally for those of you who already had your babies.

It is really important to me that you continue enjoying your yoga practice from the comfort and safety of your own home. Pregnancy Yoga classes will be 60 min and Mum & Baby Yoga classes will be 45 min.

Please choose which classes you want to attend and I will email you a link with details for payment. You will also be sent a link to join the class a couple of hours before the class starts each week. The classes will start on time so aim to be ready 5-10 min before we begin.
